In his statement for Radio Television of Serbia (RTS) Blagojevic explained that reconstruction of the houses damaged by floods would start in July and the completion of the reconstruction was expected by September.
He announced that a new law would be presented to the Government of Serbia next week that should develop a new procurement system, i.e. procedures. He said that drafting new rules and execution of works would be shorter than the works that would have been executed according to the existing rules.
Based on the final damage assessment, i.e. the report that will be finished by 9 July, Serbia will address the international partners at the donor conference, said Blagojevic.
